I signed up because of the psychology course but got much more. The tutors brought energy and deep knowledge. But it was the practical workshop on behavior and reaction time that stood out. We designed our own experiments. It felt like doing real science. We collected and analyzed data and had to present findings using graphs. It taught me how careful you have to be in research. I now want to pursue psychology at university.

After one cultural tour, my daughter called me excitedly to talk about an exhibit that explained global trade. That might sound dull, but she was energized. She made connections to our family’s business. She said, "It finally makes sense why supply chains are so complex." This is the kind of real-world understanding you hope for as a parent. She now reads economic articles voluntarily. Quintus made learning meaningful to her life.

As a parent, I was skeptical about how meaningful cultural excursions could be. But hearing my son talk about what he experienced changed my mind entirely. He came back from a museum visit full of questions about historical influence on modern politics. He wasn't just sightseeing; he was thinking critically. One of the outings was to an art exhibit that sparked discussions about identity and expression. It was clear that the excursions were intentional and tied into academic themes. He now views culture not just as something you observe but something you live. Quintus made that happen.

Quintus taught me more about resilience than anything else I’ve done. I had a hard time adjusting the first two days. I missed home, and the pressure felt high. But the support system was amazing. Older students shared their strategies, and staff checked in on us. I learned how to manage my energy. I stopped trying to be perfect and started focusing on improving. That shift changed everything. I made friends who felt like siblings. And I started enjoying learning again.

What I liked most was that they didn’t over-program. There was room for thinking, processing, and resting. And in that space, our daughter grew. She spoke often of quiet moments during cultural visits when the tutor encouraged them to just "observe and feel." It’s rare to find that in education. She gained not just knowledge, but wisdom. Quintus doesn’t rush learning. It nurtures it.

One museum visit led to a week of discussion at our dinner table. That’s how much impact it had. Our son explained how the history of conflict was presented differently depending on which section of the museum you stood in. It led to an analysis of bias, perspective, and narrative. This all tied back to his ethics class. He suddenly started questioning things with more depth. We credit that to the immersive excursions. They added layers to his thinking. It made education real for him.
