“Ordered an item in October as a Christmas present and it doesn't fit. The company don't offer exchanges and refusing refund. Went off sizing chart but item is too small. Now I have spent £25 on a brand new item that is useless!! Really annoyed. I wouldn't order from them ever again and would not recommend them either.”
“My teenage daughter was taken advantage of by Quiz Clothing. She logged onto the web site and saw she would get free returns if she used PayPal, as it plainly states on the main page. She order a dress in 2 sizes thinking she could return the one that did not fit and now Quiz is saying she did not Opt-In to the Free Return, which is not mentioned on the web page but they say is buried in the FAQs page. When checking with Quiz, we were told we were responsible for the return shipping. This is false advertising, taking advantage of people like my high schooler looking for a prom dress.”
