“I have a window Company in Halifax and have had a website for over 25 years recently a customer informed the had looked for my website and was directed to another website using my company name and address where your asked to fill in a form saying what you want window doors etc. I filed the form in under a fictions name and was soon contacted by a window company I told the gentleman my story he was shocked as he had just paid Quotatis for the lead, not only are the ripping me off but charging others for leads that should be coming to me Beware this is a conn”

“Clean slate roofing and house maontenance limited did our fascias, soffits and guttering and I am very happy with the result, they were friendly, efficient, and cleared up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them.”

“I cant rate "roofed right " highly enough. Leonard replied to chimmney stack enquiry the same day, and came to do the repairs the following day, he explained what the job entailed and also the price, also that the work was guaranteed. They left the property clean and tidy. Thanks roofedright.”

“All under One Roof Home Improvements are amazing ! Came and fixed our Storm Damage on the Gable End of the house. Went over and above to get the job done. We would recommend them highly, super efficient. Contacted Quotatis and All Under One Roof arrived on the same day, they to are very efficient. “Homestyle Fascia Specialists did a fantastic job on our porch and rainwater downpipes after another contractor let us down. Very professional and good quality workmanship. Started early and worked hard until the work was completed.”

“Did not carry out the work claimed and paid for . Drip trays were not installed. Gutter union still leaked and the rest was found when a reputable builder went up to replace union seal which the same cowboy wanted another 1400 quid for.”

“I did a general search for local roofers and quotatis did all the ground work in looking for local tradesmen, we got a call from DJ’s property maintenance who could come out the same day, have a look at the job and give us a quote, we were happy with what we heard and felt confident the job would be completed efficiently and to a high standard, the work was promptly completed to our satisfaction and the guarantee gave us piece of mind. Many thanks to Danny and his team for completing a job others had failed to fix in the past.”

“JW JAMES AIR CONDITIONING John came out to survey straight away, and it was lovely to meet a genuine, knowledgable, no pressure, polite old school tradesman (even his young assistant Tyler was lovely). My air conditioning unit was fitted shortly after to my boarding cattery in my garden, John having answered all my queries and questions with great communication. I am so thrilled with it, as are the cats 😸it’s the best money I’ve ever spent, especially in this current heatwave. Prices are super competitive too, and his help and advice after fitting has also been first class. Can’t recommend highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Needed a patio in my back garden and found L.Marshall Contractors Ltd through Quotatis. I cannot recommend them highly enough, worked 5 days, started at 8-8.30 and finished at 4.30. They stayed at the job and worked through the weekend to finish my job, which was done to a high specification. The team were excellent, polite and cleaned up every day. There was never a mess. I am delighted with the work.”

“Found Elite home care through Quotatis. Guttering, sofits etc. Fast to give me a quote and fast to get me booked in for the work. Lovely, friendly guys. Took them the time they quoted and cleaned up after them selves”

“Had a gardener through Quatatis, called Great Garden,agreed on price to remove cherry tree, Ivy and lay turf, removed tree and Ivy and asked for some money to buy turf, I paid him money for the job he already had done and £320 extra to buy turf, after few days I tried to contact him but he blocked my number and never responded back to my message, please be careful who you take from this company.”

“S.G Tree Landscapes came to my rescue at very short notice when I needed a cherry tree overhanging my driveway and road drastically pruned. Sam and his team were polite, helpful, did the job quickly, and left no mess. They were also willing to offer other landscaping and gardening skills that I needed.”

“I had problems with my roofing and guttering and Durable Roofing and Building Ltd came out and eventually put it right for me, plus they put right problems caused by a previous roofer, at no costs to me I a happy with the quality of their work and would recommend hem to others.”

“I had a new patio done the guys were very nice, after a week cracks appeared between the slabs, I spoke to Chris the boss and they came back to fix the issue, again about 2 weeks later more cracks and large puddles left where the slabs are not level I contacted again by txt and the answer was okay that was over a week ago I did put a really nice review but I would like it removed I believe the comp was stone craft we are really not very impressed with the quality of the work”
