“I have a window Company in Halifax and have had a website for over 25 years recently a customer informed the had looked for my website and was directed to another website using my company name and address where your asked to fill in a form saying what you want window doors etc. I filed the form in under a fictions name and was soon contacted by a window company I told the gentleman my story he was shocked as he had just paid Quotatis for the lead, not only are the ripping me off but charging others for leads that should be coming to me Beware this is a conn”

“Did not carry out the work claimed and paid for . Drip trays were not installed. Gutter union still leaked and the rest was found when a reputable builder went up to replace union seal which the same cowboy wanted another 1400 quid for.”

“Can't contact their customer service team..and if you do get through to another part of their team,can't get customer service to get backto you quick enough without waiting by the phone for a callback!!!!”

“Had a gardener through Quatatis, called Great Garden,agreed on price to remove cherry tree, Ivy and lay turf, removed tree and Ivy and asked for some money to buy turf, I paid him money for the job he already had done and £320 extra to buy turf, after few days I tried to contact him but he blocked my number and never responded back to my message, please be careful who you take from this company.”

“I had a new patio done the guys were very nice, after a week cracks appeared between the slabs, I spoke to Chris the boss and they came back to fix the issue, again about 2 weeks later more cracks and large puddles left where the slabs are not level I contacted again by txt and the answer was okay that was over a week ago I did put a really nice review but I would like it removed I believe the comp was stone craft we are really not very impressed with the quality of the work”

“I asked for a quote and decided not to go with them. They now keep texting me with offers of more quotes and ignoring my requests for the texts to stop.”
