“The process was simple although the result was not was I anticipated. I was expecting an online quote comparison, due to the product being life insurance, an individual product, the quotes were given through a broker via telephone. As this a lengthy procedure I only dealt with one broker, therefore, I don't know if another broker could have offered me a better product/price. Ultimately, I was happy with the broker service I received.”

“I did take out insurance from the comparison Web. However I did not get a quote on line and was pestered and still am with I insurance quote phone calls. I would much rather have had a quote on line and decide which one to take myself.”

“I decided not to take any policy out with you at this time. The policy I have in place covers my every need & you could not make it any cheaper other than with a pre- paid funeral plan which I may consider in the not too distant future but if I do I will do the same as the rest of my family have done in the past & pay the funeral directors directly. Thank you for your time.”
