“I had filled in the online form and was contacted promptly to start the insurance quote process. We had to go through underwriting and have medicals done. The Insurance Nurse confirmed an appointment at our home after working hours and everything was sorted quickly. Once we were accepted by the insurance company, the agent was very helpful and gave me the various quote options I was interested in in good time, and explained everything clearly. We are now insured at the premium and cover we wanted. The only downside for us was the waiting time from application to acceptance, as we had to have the medical screening before we could go ahead with the policy.”

“Mat was very friendly, polite and extremely professional. Everything was clearly explained and different options to ensure my needs were met were discussed. Easy to understand such a someone might say difficult subject to absorb in 10 minutes. My questions were inserted without hesitation. He came across very knowledgeable too. Mat is an asset to your company.”

“Found the service to be good, been looking for a while but found I was getting offered expensive policies with too many exclusions, I now have one that covers both myself & my wife at less than the cheapest for me only. The call took around an hour & afterwards I had immediate cover, the broker was very pleasant & genuine, not just after her "cut" listened to what I wanted & provided all the relevant legal detail without the boring drone that so many have on long calls, I would certainly use them again!”
