“I saw the advertisement on instagram and used the link to complete the query sheet. Its something i have been meaning to do and never did. I was called immediately and the entire process took about 15 minutes. My Customer Representative Laura was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I was at work and had to deal with a client quickly and she waited assuring me at all times thatbit was OK. I am so glad it is sorted. Thank you Laura!”

“Lovely consultant in the shape of Lydia. Very happy and helpful and it was quite a succinct process. Recommend that a more realistic time to answer the medical questions is given as I thought I heard "2 mins". It was more like 5-10 mins. I prefer honesty or to perhaps not be given a rough timeframe at all. Hope this helps.”

“I received a cal from an adviser who quickly passed me through to a financial advisor who was very helpful and he explained very clearly how the life insurance policy worked the payments and the level of cover . Very pleased with the service and how quickly everything could be arranged .”
