“Couldn’t have wished to have spoken to a nicer person, Rukon Miah, a pleasure to converse with someone who readily realised that I didn’t want to beat around the bush, getting straight to the point and precise without being pushy or patronising!!! “I spoke to a gentleman called Nathan this morning who really did help me ask me questions made sure I was ok with answering these questions and made me feel very happy and he was very experienced and was apologising that you had to ask me these questions which I thought was really good they thank you once again to Nathan”
