“I spoke to Dominic, a really nice guy, very thorough, friendly, courteous and professional. No pressure to sell at all. He very clearly, calmly and concisely explained all the options and details and afforded me plenty of time to consider the best options for me and ask any questions He shared his company contact details (including extension number) in case I needed to ask any further questions.
