“I was impressed, that I received a phone call from yourselves within seconds of me submitted my enquiry. The caller was friendly and courteous, very professional in her manner. She then explained to me that she will put me on hold while she transferred me to a sales consultant, which I always appreciate. Then Luke came on to the phone, just as friendly courteous and professional. He was very clear in his questioning and answering my questions. He was also very mindful, of my time constraints, therefore didn`t keep me on the call unnecessarily. The overall call, was met with a good rapport. Thank you very much. Rgrds Jama Njokweni”

“Very quick and efficient, our consultant was a lovely lovely lady who made everything clear from the start but gave us lots of options to choose from. I enquired about insurance at 1pm and my whole family was covered by 6pm! Highly recommend.”

“The website was easy and clear to use. I had a call back within seconds of filling out the online quote and was put through to an independent financial adviser. He gave me various quotes and options and gave me plenty of time to decide my options. I didn't feel rushed or pushed to buy any of the products that were offered. All in all a very professional outfit to deal with and a very happy customer to boot. Well done.”
