“Polite, informative and professional service, from start to finish, thanks to Jerome. After providing me with three very competitive quotes, I explained that I would get back to Jerome once I had my mortgage offer through. This took a few weeks and unlike some agents, he did not keep pestering me. Once my offer came through I contacted Jerome with some convenient dates for him to call me. Jerome called me as requested - even though he was on vacation in Thailand! Now that's what I call service and commitment. Many thanks for providing such an excellent service.”
