“Person on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything in detail at each step. In doing so, made it so easy to understand and to decide very quickly if I wanted to take up the offer. I did! Everything sorted - direct debit organised and policy being sent in the post. That's a load off my mind!”
