“Receiving quotes was quite painless but the main problem was that -
I filled in the online form, but then had to go through every single thing I had written online again, to obtain a quote.
THAT, as you can appreciate was a total waste of time.
Over 40 texts received & 30 calls.
15 to 20 minutes per call.

“I was disappointed when I realised that the first contact was by phone which was definitely not what I wanted. I ignored the phone calls and assumed they were another hard sell company so went to another provider and bought my insurance. “Initially I had been expecting online quotes, but after reading the message that I would be contacted by suitable brokers, I was suitably prepared :)
I received a number of calls from various companies and have accepted a quote which was nearly £200 cheaper than my online searches, so am very pleased.
Only criticism (though more of a suggestion) - as I am still receiving calls 4 days later, it would be helpful (though don't know how feasible this would be) for there to be a follow up option to notify potential brokers that a quote has been accepted and no further calls are required?”
