“Using the site was OK, I put on it my renewal date was 1st November, but since then many calls sting the quote is only valid 30 days. Todays date is 12 September therefore NON were valid. Bit of a shambles really”

“I filled in my details expecting to see a list of competitive insurers on the next screen. What i got was a message to say that I will be contacted by companies who are interested in quoting me. About 30 second later my phone rang from the first insurer. While I was on that call approx. every 3 seconds another insurer tried to call me. This made it difficult to concentrate on the call I was on, I I kept looking to see who was calling me. I had 8 calls while I was on the first call.
The main problem with all this was that I had no chance to compare prices or policies. I just got inundated with calls.”

In fact, all they were doing was collecting my personal details so that sales people from each company could call me at times that were inconvenient to me and each go through all the same details time after time and then have some of them tell me they could not quote!

“Very nice to receive an email advising that my renewal is due. Within 30 seconds of completing the on line form I received 2 phone calls from different insurance companies. All of that is excellent. The downfall is that neither of the companies can quote me as my renewal is not due until 25th September, more than 30 days hence. Perhaps a good idea would be to send the email within the 30 day renewal period.”
“The speed of responce was beyond belief compared to others! All were polite helpful and didn't mind being informed "that it is sorted Thank you" Within 24 hours I had new Insurance cover and no further contact.
