“No way to reset this Dvr if you forget your password,also the shop who’s done this is closed down I contact Qvis they said you have to be a seller of Qvis product to be able to reset ,what a rubbish system and no support at all I have to pay another 200£ to buy new dvr but I never use Qvis again ,just hikvision with good support,Qvis is con artist”
