The tournament raised $25,000 to give to the Patriot Assistance dog company, which trains a dog to become a service dog for military personel. The two women who won the gifts were very happy and did want to win. The one woman who won, stated that she saw your company at the National Axillary conference this past year. The customer service was definitely lacking on my visit. The one and only R.Riveter salesperson in the store during my visit was lacking the energy and helpfulness I usually receive. The salesperson seemed indifferent that I was there. I’m a diehard Riveter customer. It is the only handbag I choose to purchase and carry. I’m hesitant to return to shop because I do not believe I will receive the customer service that should be offered.
I purchased the grey Augusta nearly a year ago and the R.Riveter signature is peeling off. I wonder if Riveter may remedy this with a sewn on logo tag that now seems to the tag attached in the updated Augusta.”
