“Overall I'm happy with my purchase. I love my Everyday Backpack for work and recently took it on a camping trip to hold all of our medicine and first aid essentials. I also really like my Sally Crossbody. It's the perfect size for me and the pockets are placed in perfectly convenient areas.
I ordered a mini Lucy because I wanted something with the RR stamps on it, and it advertised this on the website. I received one with the basic logo on the front and when I reached out to Customer Service I was told that they changed it, but hadn't updated the website. I definitely feel like that was false advertisement, but I kept it because I like having a small bag to hold my small goods in my purse.”
“Love the bag, but the magnetic button is far too weak to keep purse closed, I bought some Velcro strips but they don’t stick to the nylon.
Still looking for a solution.”
“Product is nice and good quality. I will say I expect more of a pinkish tone based on the picture on the website. Not my favorite, there should’ve been more spring colors on sale and if they don’t have spring colors, then definitely expand. Nice clasp.”
“The repair was done well. However I was dissappointed that they could not find my proof of purchase and I had to pay for the repair. I don't know where else I would have purchased it. Also, I was told by a friend of mine that when they do the repairs they also clean the purse. It was not cleaned although no one at the store said this would be done. It would have been a nice touch though.”
“The material is beautiful and high quality. I just have two qualms with the construction/design. The bottom board is a long rectangle and the long edge cuts into the muscles of my mid back when the straps are adjusted properly. Also, the laptop sleeve is on the outside facing wall of the backpack instead of the wall against the straps. I feel like if I was using this for a laptop it would make the bag really unbalanced as a backpack. Maybe if the laptop sleeve was on the wall with the backpack straps then some cushioning could be integrated to ease the cutting feeling on the back.”
“Got a nice tote. The selection this year is not as wide in color choices and fabricating materials. Both my husband and I happily use the ones I have purchased over the last few visits to the store.”
“I love this company and what they stand for. I will always buy from them first before I ever buy another Coach etc. I don't love how long it takes to receive my order. Shipping takes a long time.”
“The colors on the bag are lovely. The size is great for a small wallet, glasses and a few cosmetics. My one small issue is with the magnetic clasp, I wish the tab on the flap was a little longer to make it easier to close and stay closed.”
