“Although I understand your business model, and apprecite the opportunities you've given military spouses, I don't think it's fair to your customers that you don't allow refunds for returned items. It will make me think long and hard before placing an order. Your products are not inexpensive.”

“Very good quality items. Timely shipping. I love supporting the spouses of military families who make items in the US. I can only comment on the 3 purses that I've bought (Hobby, Otto, and Marcy), but I wish these had more/bigger inside pockets. Women have A LOT of stuff (some necessary, some not!). There aren't enough inside pockets and they aren't big enough to keep very many things in. I end up using separate pouches to put my stuff in and I put those pouches in the purse, which makes for a bulkier and heavier bag.”
“The good : I got the bag in Olive and I love the color. The size of the bag is great it holds a lot and having 2 slip pockets under the flap is great for phone and keys. The hardware is nice the bag is sturdy. Love love love the lining it adds class and its not dark. It's not a deep bag which is also great. The not so good: absolutely hate the strap it's an inch wide of “vegan leather” I’m assuming, it is not pliable so it constantly slips of my shoulder. It is cut as a cross body but I'm short and old so I adjusted as far as it would go but it's still a bit too long. Since I hate the strap anyway I'm searching for a canvas one to replace it maybe in black. I know it's not a great choice but I can't deal with what it is right now. Next up the “flap” I know others have commented on it and I can concur the magnet should be a tad stronger or better yet why not a turn lock? The flap is the same material as the strap but it is starting to get a little more pilable.
What I wish would change: Strap in matching canvas, turn lock on flap instead of magnet.
All in all I do recommend and I love the brand I have another bag from them.”

“I love the concept. I wish I could order a different strap. I would hope at sone point you offer a customer a choice of the length of a strap. I noticed I can’t order a shorter one even though the straps all have clips! Please consider an option!”
