“I purchased three items from the Dent/Scratch Sale. I purchase from the regular line as well as this sale. I have never found any item in the Dent/scratch sale that is not useable. The irregularities are so minor that I have to hunt to find them.

“I ordered a purse off the scratch and dent sale so I expected less than perfect. There was a punch on the front of the bag, no big deal. However, I had just purchased the same purse, as a gift, and ordered this one because it was so nice and perfect to carry necessities that can be thrown in a larger purse, when needed. It was very disappointing to realize that the purse was not finished. It was just the shell with the punch and no lining in it. This was my fifth R.Riveter purchase and the only one that was a disappointment. All of my previous purchases are still beautiful. The first one was purchased at the flagship store in Sea Pines, NC many years ago.”
