“I really wanted to love this bag as I am a veteran as well as a military spouse; unfortunately, I don't love it. I used it for about a week and a rivet came out. The overall quality is good but for the price, I am disappointed that it didn't take long for the accessories to start falling off. I so wanted to support the work this organization does but I won't be purchasing another bag.”

“I applaud what R,Riveter is doing by putting people to work and the products that make with the materials they use. But, be careful, very careful when placing an order as the photos they use are not true to size. The bags look much bigger in your photos than they actually are in personl. Front pockets on the Otto could be a bit longer to accommodate a pair of sunglasses.”
“Was disappointed in the product I received. Strap is way to short for any kind of crossbody/shoulder bag unless you want it under your armpit. Thought there was more leather to it, and to provide a whole pair of pants that my son wore in Iraq on 2 tours (which remaining fabric was donated), for the price I guess I was expecting more from your expert designers. It was a birthday gift from our sons and one donate his pants for the purse (fanny pack is what it really is) I will use it somehow for my son's.”
