Ordered on the 1st of December is now the 20th looks like iv Been scammed! Emailed on the 18th asking for a link to see where the investigation had been logge- no reply! I have reported tcompany to just about every department including the AFP as they called for details as scams like this have been happing.
These people don’t care about Xmas and kids presents and like Aus post stated the COVID excuse is over & normal post from where company states it is located to where I am definitely doesn’t take 17 days! DO NOT SHOP HERE!”
