“I received the wrong size from what I ordered”

“the filter was the right size but the filter barely had a good amount of filter material in it. I could not see through the original and this one is paper thin.”

“Compared to the original filters in my range hood, these filters are paper thin. They were definitely cheaper then buying them through a reputable appliance store but I guess one gets what they pay for. Next time I'll go elsewhere”

“The packaging and merchandise were totally damaged. Packaging got a big hole and smashed. Merchandise was completely damaged, bent, and broken.”
