“I ordered two filters. One is perfect and a great fit, but the other wasn't finished properly and the wire mesh does not go in to the channel around the edge.”

“After receiving the wrong size filters, the company replaced the incorrect filters with the correct size (that I had originally ordered). Correct filters have now been installed and work well. The small pull tabs really help with installation.”

“The size was right, except that I put in the instructions that the springs were on the same side as the hook. You put springs on both sides and it barely fits and does not lock in place. They stay but only just. Also just putting them in place one of the hooks came off..”

“Would be better if you sold 9.5 in filters. Had to use duct tape to seal off the openings. But at least there is something there”
