Thanks to both Shane and Nickoletta always being on the other end of the phone to help us through it and keep their cool when I was losing mine we were eventually able to go. “Service was good all the way through until it came to delivery. We booked a 3 day service, and it was meant to be delivered on the Friday afternoon. I chased on the Monday as it wasn't with the recipient and the external delivery company was blamed. Had the original trip of travelling on the Sunday gone ahead it would have been a very costly problem. Apart from this service was good.”

“Overall, a very quick and reliable service which helped me to navigate the complex requirements for getting a Saudi visa.
The only issue was that the agent (who was otherwise extremely helpful) mistakenly told me that there were mistakes on one of my forms. When I pointed this out to my contact in Saudi, my Saudi contact was adamant that the forms had in fact been completed correctly and that no changes were required. When we submitted them without making any changes the visa was provided quickly by the embassy in the UK, suggesting that the form was in fact correct from the beginning.”
