“Personally I found obtaining a second passport straightforward and I would recommend the service. In fact I did to my colleague and she had a difficult time with you.
Ms Davidson had numerous problems with changing requirements for the way the form is completed (eg email address bust the space, which was ok'd by RV first time, though the form needed redoing in other parts. And then we were told it was unacceptable when we resubmitted the new form).
I appreciate the requirements of the UK PO might alter but in fairness my colleagues experience was frustrating and when the second set of passport pictures was deemed unacceptable upon receipt, no one called Christine Davidson to let her know. She discovered it only when she called your office. The lost time and incurring another 50 pounds in international courier costs.”
“The service is fast and communication is upto-date. Got visa as promised without any issues. The only thing i was disappointed is with the communication about increase in the visa charges. The charges were increased 6 times from the very date when my application is submitted. I have been communicating with you not less than 10 days before. Had we been advised that the charges 'may' increase and to hurry up, we would have saved much money. The date of possible increase of charges is in the news since long. We were not aware, nor were we made aware by you.

The constructive feedback I need to offer is: please ensure that hand-delivery and pickup of passports is handled a bit better. As a foreigner, my passport is the key to my entire life in the UK, and I was not confident that my passport had been received by the correct person once handed to the reception desk. On pickup, locating their office was slightly difficult due to lack of signage.”
