Go with any company other than Rapidvisa!!!!! I've been working on a visa for my wife for 3 years. I never get correct information from rapidvisa employees and I receive a different response from every employee that answers. Recently, I was told my joint sponsor needs to pay the international shipping rates to mail documents so my spouse can hand walk it to the interview. My spouse was told at the interview that they don't accept documents that are not uploaded to CEAC which caused a refusal in issuing the visa! Please train your employees!

Absolutely should be considered a scam. They take your money and ask you questions that they just take the answers to and paste into a form. They also frequently misuse the information provided to extract their own implications from them, then provide false information to immigration. Instead of helping to make our process with USCIS quicker and smoother, they slow the process down by making errors that become difficult to rectify with Immigration. I believe this is due to the unskilled hires they make, of whom do not have any legal nor immigration expertise. RapidVisa is an absolutely terrible business that I don’t believe operates in a legal and ethical capacity. They should be taken down for good

Rapid Visa are scams in my opinion , they don't really know immigration laws and all they do is have you do all the work and they just look over what you have done . I paid $600 for their service , and after this type of payment , they ask me to get my documents translated by someone else. So why am I paying you all this money for and on top of that they had me do two letters . One to explain why me and my wife have no assets , and have to find a friend to give me a letter of affidavit showing that he knew us . But I just got married 3 months ago , what assets I would have . Then I found out all I needed from a local man that has help hundreds of people for over 20 years . He said all you need is the application , passport pics , proof of your residency , marriage certificate and your wife birth certificate . Witch Rapid Visa did not even know that much . They make you do a lot of run around to make you think they are doing something . But in reality , they are scams and they kept my $600 after they just looked over my documents without sending them . Some things in life you need a live person in front of you , and these are one of those things . I would not recommend Rapid Visa to anyone , they are scams and does not really help anyone !

I am currently trying to get a refund from these people. Every time I speak to them on the phone it is a horrible experience. I get hung up on, never get a question asked and was lied to on multiple occasions which cost a total of $1230 (said they could get my application in by a fee increase, locked me into a contract, then said it couldn’t happen) (also charged me $430 more than their website says) They have never been able to provide me with a list of documents they need which makes green card applications nearly impossible to submit. I have no idea how anyone has a good experience with these people. Wouldn’t surprise me if they put up fake reviews. Horrible company, find any alternative. All they do is go over your form. Might as well go on USCIS yourself (I was told to do this by their employee when I didn’t understand why I had to pay an extra $100 for having a sponsor for my application (they do this). I suggest you take their employees advice and go directly to USCIS or even possibly one of their competitors.

RapidVisa is the most despicable company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They no nothing about immigration law, and completely clueless, and completely unwilling to help ANYONE until you hand over your money to them. I'm pretty much stuck unable to marry the love of my life, and my entire immigration stunted and put on hold because of these assholes, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but if these jerks would have actually known ANYTHING about immigration law, I would have married my fiance the last time I was there and already have filed a spousal visa. Here is what happened: One week before I go to Thailand to visit my girlfriend whom I planned to propose to on Valentine's day, I call RapidVisa explaining that I would like to ask for advice on what documentation to save and get while I'm there. The representative on the phone told me they are unable to give me any advice until I purchase a package. I explained I could not purchase one until my next paycheck. So then I asked them about these questions about peace orders on the K1 visa petition form, and that the spousal visa doesn't have it. Again they said they cannot help me unless I pay. I figured whatever, I will pay when I get back. When I get back I do research and I can find nothing about peace orders and K1 visa on the Internet. Some people say it's no problem as long as you have evidence, but AIM is defunct and this happened over 20 years ago. I call RapidVisa again, and they tell me that the peace order should be no problem provided that I provide all necessary documentation and evidence. I explain to them the situation and the evidence no longer exists. They told me you have to provide the documentation or it could get denied and seemed completely unable to explain to me WHAT documentation and HOW to get it. So before I continue let me clarify-- This is a question I was asking that is required to be answer TO CHOOSE WHETHER TO GO WITH K1 VISA OR SPOUSAL VISA !!!!! The answer is DAMN important so I choose the right package for me. Then I say this sounds ridiculous because your premium package guarantees approval. And then the scum scammers told me the smoking gun: Approval is only guaranteed if you provide all required documentation and evidence. Then when I asked what exactly I need, or how to get it, again the woman on the phone had NO CLUE and could not answer my questions. I then consulted an immigration lawyer who answered this question RIGHT AWAY to a stranger on Facebook FOR FREE without any payment or delay whatsoever. She said "You absolutely should get a spousal visa because you don't want it to get denied under the XYZ act." She knew EXACTLY what specific law and everything. RapidVisa for all their YouTube videos and claims don't know their ass from a hole in the ground. The other thing that the lawyer knew about was the Trump Admin. public charge changes taking effect later in the year, which of course RapidVisa doesn't mention on their website and probably doesn't know about. So then I had to fly back to Thailand to marry my fiance so I could petition for a spousal visa, but then COVID-19 happened and now we're stuck miserable unable to see each other, not married, I'm unable to petition for her to come here which ALREADY TAKES A YEAR and cannot be started until after we are married. It's caused a lot of stress in our life. And it could have all been prevented if RapidVisa weren't a bunch of incompetent assholes. Here is the icing on the cake.. I got spam email from RapidVisa stating that "Is money holding you up from purchasing a visa package??? Maybe our monthly payments can help" I replied saying no, what's holding me up is the fact that you refuse to help anyone and are incompetent and unable to answer simple questions that were answered for free by a lawyer later, and now I cannot do anything because I need to fly to Thailand again to marry my wife. The VICE FRICKEN PRESIDENT of RapidVisa marketing... NOT a pleeb. NOT an intern. THE GOD DAMN VP .. emails me saying "We have unsubscribed you from the list. Good luck with your immigration in the future." That was the biggest slap in the face. I hope this company is shut down by the government for being a scam operation. This company is the SCUM of the SCUM of the Earth in terms of business practices and in terms of customer support.

rapid visa is not worth the money, they have some place in the phillipines doing the customer service and the chat takes a long time to get answers, and alot of it is incorrect. i do not reccomend this service, when they want your initial payment, a guy from las vegas calls all smooth and says how great the service is and it really is not, nor is it accurate.

RapidVisa wasted my time with an inaccurate questionnaire and delivered a missing/inaccurate pre-populated USCIS form in return for my $475. I started a free account with RapidVisa website and started filling out the questionnaire. After I spent about 8 hours to fill out the online questionnaire, I paid $475 and signed up with for their service including premium preview, which includes 3 authorized people reviewing the USCIS form and supporting documents upon completion of the petition. As I already filled out the questionnaire, after paying the $475, I submitted the questionnaire for an initial review, which came back with 1 feedback, indicating a missing date. That specific date was not requested on their questionnaire, that is why it was missing. After I added the date, they went ahead and confirmed everything was perfect and they sent me a "package" including the pre-populated USCIS form. When I opened the form to review, here is what I found out: 1) The information I was asked for on their questionnaire is not accurate. For example, their questionnaire was asking for the alien's previous addresses dating back to age 18, which took us about 6 hours to find since it's 17 years of information that was requested. However, on the actual USCIS form, I found out they only needed last 5 years. So, we wasted our 6 hours, due to RapidVisa's inaccurate requests. 2) ALL addresses, including the petitioner's, alien's previous addresses and alien's parent's addresses are all cut off, meaning they are not complete. Some are missing the street names, some are missing building names, some are missing unit numbers. 3) All employment and employer information are also cut off and missing on the USCIS form. 4) The additional information required for some sections are on separate pages, although there are certain spaces to put the pertaining information underneath each section. 5) All sections that must have been left blank, have the indication "N/A" of "None" or "Unknown" on the form, carried over from their questionnaire. They SHOULD HAVE BEEN blank. 6) Both employment and address history have extra words "SELECT STATE" on each line, which should not be there. As a sum of these issues, the pre-populated form I received from the company is completely useless and about 40-50% inaccurate. I made the payment 2 days ago on 9/13 and received the form on the same day. As soon as I received the form, I contacted their customer service right away but they were closed, so I called back the next day on 9/14. I explained the customer service representative the situation, asked them to provide a refund and delete all my personal information from their server. She said she wouldn't be able to do that and transferred me to the shift lead Nikko Baclayon. Nikko and I had a 50 minute conversation and I explained to him that the service they have provided so far is 40% inaccurate and asked for my money back as well as deleting my private information from their servers. Nikko acknowledged the issue and his explanation was USCIS forms have been recently updated and their system is not 100% compatible with the new forms yet, but insisted on their refund policy indicated on their website and declined my request. He also mentioned their workaround for this incompatibility issue is having their workers MANUALLY edit the forms, which is certainly not indicated on their website. I definitely would not want their workers to manually enter my personal and private information, including my social security number, my tax return information and my addresses to a USCIS form, that is not their promise to their customers. Their refund policy indicates if a questionnaire is 100% completed (which is done by the customers, not by their team) they would not issue a refund. In order to see if a product or service is faulty, customer must first purchase it, only then we can see that it's missing and inaccurate. I have spent over 2 hours with Nikko and their representatives to get my money back and my information deleted from their server, but my request was declined.
