I am puzzled you have asked me for this review as I have NOT made a recent purchase from Raymond Weil. My only purchase was a ladies watch about one year ago to the best of my recollection. IF you have knowledge of a recent purchase in my name please let me know as a matter of urgency as it would be fraudulent and I need to know that.

Hi Christine, Thank you for your feedback. I have sent you an email regarding this matter. It appears the automated review email classed your purchase 1 year ago as a 'recent' purchase which explains why you received the email. Best wishes, Ricky

Very poor correspondence about delivery after my purchase of an expensive watch. Additionally did not receive the free gift promised if I purchased

Watch was of course beautiful. Bought as a surprise for husbands birthday so wanted it sent to my sons home. It came to billing address instead and guess who accepted it and signed for it, yep surprise spoilt. I wi forgive as corona virus meant short staffed but 😲

Received a beautiful Bowie limited edition but sadly the strap is not seated correctly and I have had to send it back. Ask me again in a week when I receive my watch with a new strap.

Hi I ordered the watch on line but got no delivery information and to my horror your FAQ sessions intimates you don't sell on the internet had I been conned? I sent 2 questions from your web site and have had no response - no one is monitoring these questions

I'd never spent more than a few hundred dollars on a watch, so at about the age of 70 I decided to give myself a treat in the way of a very nice watch, and the Raymond Weil caught my eye. For a little over $2K, I bought the one with e movement visible at the lower end of the face, and man did I get compliments. It was a little heavy but felt good on my arm and I was happy with it until it started losing time. I'd wear it every day, so it had plenty of movement to stay wound. Even putting it on the winder it still consistently would lose time, so I brought it back to Lee Michaels and they sent it back to Raymond Weil. It didn't cost me anything this time because it was still under warranty. I got it back after a couple of months later and it didn't take much time for it to start losing time once again, but I was tardy bringing it in again mostly because Lee Michaels is on the other side of town from me and I'd simply forget when heading that way. When I did get around to bringing it in, it was past warranty period, so before they sent it back to the factory, they told me it would cost me to get it back no matter what.....about $70, I don't remember the exact figure. They called me a while later and told me it would be around $700 to have it repaired by the very same people that built it in the first place and didn't repair it when they had a chance. I paid the $70 just so some else didn't end up with this junk, and evidently did not pursue having it repaired. I still have it, but I don't know that I would even sell it for parts. It's junk....pretty junk, but none the same.....JUNK!! It only kept time for about 6 months which is about $350/month. I can buy a lot of watches that keep time for that kind of money. But it was pretty, so I gave it one star.

Hi Steven, Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to learn you experienced poor service from our of shipping partners. We will raise this with Parcel Force directly to learn why, on this occasion, they did not meet our standards in customer service and delivery experience. Best wishes RAYMOND WEIL

Appalling Customer Services. Purchased from Bannon who was as bad. Bannon said there was moisture inside the watch after five months. Despite me hardly wearing the watch. I also looked after it very well.

Dear Mr Edge Following on from our phone conversation this morning and prior correspondence, this review is contrary to the request to proceed with the servicing of your timepiece. Due to your concerns, we have now halted any work as agreed in our recent conversation. Regarding price, you were quoted £143 incl. VAT and this includes a full service of your timepiece, not just a replacement crown. A full service includes a complete movement exchange, battery exchange, case back gasket exchange, crown exchange, crystal glue check and renew, all bracelet screws checked, all spring bars checked and replaced, case and bracelet clean, re-seal and water resistance pressure test and the final test and timing test. We are confident that for a watch of this quality and the replacement of parts, RAYMOND WEIL provides outstanding value. As per our recent conversation we look forward to hearing from you. Best wishes RAYMOND WEIL

The watch is great, delivery and customer service awful. Next day delivery wasn't next day. I was advised that it was to be sent Parcelforce secure service and signed for, so when it hadn't turned up a few days later we contacted Customer Service: it then transpired that a different courier had been used who delivered the watch to the wrong address and hadn't left any cards or advised anyone of this. I emailed and asked what RW would do the recover the undelivered watch and redeliver it to the correct address.... a wall of silence followed, from which I surmise that, as far as RW customer services are concerned, if they deliver your watch to the wrong address it isn't their problem, it's yours!

Hi Stuart, It was a pleasure to speak to you last week and discuss the situation surrounding the postage. We always use only tracked delivery via Parcelforce or Royal Mail, and on this occasion, Parcel Force had attempted delivery at the designated address twice before asking a neighbour to sign for it. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by having to obtain the parcel from a neighbour. I understand this issue has now been resolved with our sales team. If you have any further issues with your timepiece then please get in touch with us on customerservice@raymond-weil.co.uk. We hope your son loves his RAYMOND WEIL timepiece, and we thank you again for choosing RAYMOND WEIL. Best wishes
