“Ordered four white silicone and one grey whites turned up after a while no grey so I waited a week heard nothing so rang up guy said we're waiting for grey to come in if I wouldn't of rang up no communication from them ordered in July got the silicone mid September still no apologies”

Hi Leroy, Apologies for the long wait on the grey silicone, this has been out of stock for quite some time with Everbuild and had shown as on back-order at the time of purchase. We are unfortunately unable to give any ETAs on backorders as the information we are provided by suppliers can vary significantly. Our sales team are always happy to discuss any backorders or stock availability should this be a concern, and will also be able to advise on suitable substitutes that may be available. On this occasion, I will arrange for a refund on the Grey silicone as well as your original shipping costs as a goodwill gesture.
