“On this occaision I can only give you one star. I ordered Friday at 13.05 yet at 18.47 Tuesday evening DPD had not received the consignment (advised only expecting it) I did not pay the next day service as I did not need the item untill today, most suppliers can supply within 3 days, on this ocaision it appears to take 3 days for you to arrange collection for shipment. This not a complaint, I am not a large customer , so please take it as a constructive comment as we have the option to use who ever gives the service The least I would have expected was a Monday shipment. It may turn up today we will have to wait and see Alistair Carroll”

Good afternoon Alistair. I have had a look at your order for you and can recall speaking to you over the phone, I did advise that your order would arrive mid to next week on standard shipping (1-3 working days). I can however see that your order has been delivered today at 10:16 by DPD. All orders are dispatched on a NextDay Shipment with our couriers; however, the next day option we offer gives your order priority to make sure it is dispatched on the same day, with standard deliveries being dispatched within 2 working days depending on order volumes. I do apologies that you're not happy with the service provided, and we can offer a discount off your next order as a goodwill gesture, just speak to our sales time and we can get this arranged. “i wanted and paid for next day delivery which is not your fault but it never turned up so i had to get it somewhere else so i would look into this if i was you not a lot of point in ordering online if it doesnt turn up”

Hi Tony, Apologies again that RoyalMail delivered this a day late. We have raised this with them, but it does seem to be a "fluke" as they are normally very reliable. As previously discussed, we have refunded your extra shipping as this did not arrive next day. Best regards, RCS Sales

“Ordered four white silicone and one grey whites turned up after a while no grey so I waited a week heard nothing so rang up guy said we're waiting for grey to come in if I wouldn't of rang up no communication from them ordered in July got the silicone mid September still no apologies”

Hi Leroy, Apologies for the long wait on the grey silicone, this has been out of stock for quite some time with Everbuild and had shown as on back-order at the time of purchase. We are unfortunately unable to give any ETAs on backorders as the information we are provided by suppliers can vary significantly. Our sales team are always happy to discuss any backorders or stock availability should this be a concern, and will also be able to advise on suitable substitutes that may be available. On this occasion, I will arrange for a refund on the Grey silicone as well as your original shipping costs as a goodwill gesture. Hi Stuart, Apologies again for the delay on your order, this was dispatched on Friday however due to a cross-labelling incident, the wrong parcel had been sent. We managed to stop the parcel and re-dispatched your order on a premium service which was delivered this morning. We do advise that standard shipping is 1-3 working days but aim to keep this as quick as possible. “Wrong size and quantity sent. You sent 93mmx93mm 40 grit in 3 packs of 5, whereas I ordered 3 packs of 10 each with the size of 140mmx95mm.”

“Ordered the 6th of Jan tracking still says parcel not received. Delivery was meant to be 2-3 days and it’s been 12. Complete joke. Would never order again”
