Hi Alban, I can see your order was placed on Sunday evening, these were dispatched on Monday via Next Day delivery. I have spoken with DHL and they have informed me that there was a delay at the delivery warehouse causing the parcel to go out on the Wednesday, however we had not been informed of this.
