“RC screws website gave me a good description for all the screws I required. This included all the measurements, pictures and more useful info. There is a good selection of all types of screws and sizes including stainless steel. This is one of the main reasons I will use again as it gives you confidence your going to get the right screws for the job. Everything turned up in good time and they use dpd delivery service. I always find dpd really reliable and easy to track your parcel on the delivery day. This was very useful. I can highly recommend.”

“Great service. I ordered the wrong colour - so I left a phone message (it was late at night) ... when the items arrived they were the required colour. Also the range of products available is good (I was having real problems finding a specific variant / colour of a sealant).”

Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback. Our shipping costs cover the costs we are charged by couriers and for packing materials. We are constantly re-negotiating with our couriers to drive down these costs and are currently looking into introducing RoyalMail as a low-cost option for small orders.
