Hi Neil, I can see your order has been split into 3 shipments, the Royal Mail Parcel seems to have arrived on time, however DPD's Stoke depot has been experiencing operational issues over the last week linked to the adverse weather. This has meant the depot is working through a backlog of shipments, with some parcels being held at the hubs to avoid over-crowding. I have been assured the team at the depot are working hard to catch up, and I can see one of the two DPD shipments has managed to get through and be delivered this afternoon. The last shipment is flagged on our system as a top priority, and we will be monitoring it in the morning to check on any progress. I appreciate the delay isn't ideal and we apologise on behalf of DPD, but unfortunately these are circumstances that are beyond our control.
