“Their process for selling and purchasing a home is very well established. If I had a question at any point along the way, there was always a person I could contact who specialized in that area. In this crazy market of home buying, Katie and Kami were always available to jump on leads that had just come onto the market. Their diligence helped make my home purchase a reality.”

“My experience was amazing with Kami and her team. From the first meeting we had she explains everything in details and as soon as they understood our requirement since we were new to Portland area, Sharlyn Anderson from her team found a list of suggested places and gave us date night suggestion to discover the areas we want to live in. After that we found the place we liked from the first round of showing and started the buying experience. At this stage Kami used all her talent to get us the house with the best price we can have it for. She helps you to put the right offer and the right strategy to come back and counter offer. I highly recommend them to any person either new to the area or not. They are simply amazing!”

“Stephen and his entire team are extremely good at what they do and the results prove it! His knowledge of how best to buy or sell a home in the current market is exceptional. Stephen has done his homework and knows how to find the right buyers or sellers depending on your need. In my case, he knew exactly how to position my property for a quick sale at an excellent price. Even though my transaction was the sale of a house I'm sure his expertise at finding and negotiating the purchase of a new home is just as efficient and effective. “We have used Stephen and his team twice now. Once buying a house and once selling a house. Both times have went amazing and smooth. He was easy to get ahold of and returns calls and/or emails very quickly no matter what day it was. His fees are less than most AND he does more than most realtors to sell your house. Advertising, professional photographer, home warranty, the list goes on. I highly recommend Stephen and his team to anyone buying or selling a house.”

“Today, the sale of our home closed and the new buyers are now happily calling it their home. I am thrilled for them and I am thrilled for us. If I could give more than five stars to the Stephen FitzMaurice Team, I would happily do so. Our realtor, Jeremy Wilkerson and his staff, deserve far more than five stars. From the start, Jeremy had a detailed plan of the things we needed to do in preparation for selling our home. We followed his instructions and completed the preparations required. Once done, we simply stepped out of the way for him to do his job. He was professional, patient, and always readily accessible. He was also diligent in pursuing and tracking the progress of the sale and in keeping us informed on its status. Our home would not have sold as quickly (sale sign up on Friday, sold at open house on Sunday) had he not given us wise tips and suggestions on how we could present our home so others could see its beauty and possibilities through our eyes. He invited us to contact him any time during the whole process with any questions or concerns. He meant it, too. He unfailingly responded to our phone calls, texts, emails, making himself available to us as we had questions and concerns. We considered several realtors before choosing Jeremy. From the moment we met him, we just knew. We believed then, and are convinced now, that he was an answer to our prayers. Over the years we have bought/sold homes and, hands down, Jeremy has far surpassed the experiences we've had with most of them. If you are considering selling your home or buying one, please give these folks a call. You won't regret it and will find you are telling your friends and loved ones about them. “The Stephen FitzMaurice Team recommended the prefect listing price for the condition of my house. Their knowledge of the market and pricing seemed to generate interest in realtors wanting to show my house. I counted 14 realtor business cards on the kitchen counter. I was pleasantly surprised to see offers coming in despite being so close to Thanksgiving and Christmas. I want to specifically recognize Jeremy Wilkerson of the Stephen FitzMaurice Team. Jeremy made the entire selling process easy and smooth. Jeremy gave me sound advise and all decisions were mine with no pressure. My only wish is that I could Jeremy Wilkerson and the entire Stephen FitzMaurice Team a higher rating than the Zillow 5 star limit.”

“When there is a seller's market it is easy for some realtors to feel like they possess skills and expertise they in fact don't. In our case, selling our house was far from a slamdunk and required persistence, negotiation, and a lot of local market knowledge to get the deal done. Stephen FitzMaurice and Jennifer Tangvald from his team were excellent in their follow up and follow through, constant reassurance, and persistence. I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking to sell a house in Portland Oregon.”

“Kami and team are so amazing! I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and understanding team in this process. Finding a house is not easy in this market and Michael was so helpful and patient with us, not allowing us to get into something we weren't happy with. Kami and Michael could have easily rushed us along to get paid sooner but they were so amazing and helpful and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. I will recommend them to everyone who shows any interest in buying a house! Amazing!”

They made sure I understood all of the steps, provided good advice on the options I looked at, and were quick to warn me off of places that didn't seem like the perfect fit when I was starting to get a little antsy to get things moving. Michael was also very quick to set up appointments for showings when I was interested, and went by on his own to look at places and give feedback when I couldn't get there immediately. “Kim Woodhouse was our listing agent, and did a great job for us. We priced the house close enough to what I wanted, and got offers right away, even before a schedule open house (which says something about the traffic for the "team"). The first one we accepted didn't work out for no fault of hers, but the next offer was higher than the listing, and ended up being the final buyer. Kim was very creative trying to make various aspects of the deals work. She was very responsive to emails and as we were an out of state seller, she took responsibility for getting things done, even fixing a couple of things herself! I can't recommend Kim Woodhouse and the FitzMaurice team highly enough.”

“I researched many sellers' agents and interviewed three. That they took less commission and saved us $10,000, was bonus on the fact that they listed the property with high quality photos and had an unrivaled online marketing program. We had two offers at and over asking by day four on the market. We closed just over a month later. Not only was the process very smooth, it was also quite painless. The whole team showed up and did a terrific job.”
