“Great experience with Kami and Michael from the Portland Buyer's Team. Extremely professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the whole process. Michael went out of his way to tour homes with us and Kami stood up for us in negotiations, clearly laid out our options and offered her experienced opinions when called for. Highly recommended!”

“Our realtor (we worked primarily with someone on Kami's team) was AMAZING! He was the first realtor I've ever worked with who I was able to let go and completely trust. Normally when working with a realtor, I've had to do most of the legwork in finding a property myself - only calling in the realtor when I wanted to see a place. But with Kami's team, it became clear that I could sit back and let them do their job - they seemed to always find properties I'd missed! They were professional and were genuinely interested in seeing us be successful in buying a property that was truly right for us - and at a great price. I can't recommend them enough!”

“Turnkey operation in a nutshell. That's how I can explain this whole transaction for us. From the get go we sat down and discussed how it all works. I had never sold a home before so it was all new to me. Stephen walked me through it all. He explained how his team all works on the different parts and provided me with lots of data and stats. Our house sold in 10 days and we got more than what we asked for. They are able to get your house on the internet and make it shine. Also, they only ask for 4.5% to boot for all you get! I'm sold!”

“I knew that Stephen Maurice came with some great credentials before I decided to hire him to sell our house. What I did not know was that he was going to sell our house with in 2 days with multiple offers at 16K over our original asking price. He said he was going to do just that and he did. We were extremely happy and and fortunate that we were able to have Stephen and his back up team (Jennifer, who was also fantastic) to sell our house. They took care of all the details from start to finish. We would not think of going with any body else.”

“We did not have the smoothest transition from TX to OR. Bumps all along our road. However, Kami and her team were there for us over each hurdle, and I was always assured that they were advocating and working for us, allowing us to handle all the other details of our move. I would highly recommend Kami and her team when purchasing or selling a home. Honest, hard-working, friendly, and ethical.”

“Working with Stephen and Jennifer exceeded my expectations. I wanted to save as much money as possible so I searched for a real estate agent with a lower commission. I found Stephen's website, watched his video and liked what I saw. Upon meeting I was given preliminary numbers which matched, and the final sale price was greatly above the listing price! I am VERY satisfied. Stephen cares more about selling your house than his fees. He delivered as promised. I would work with Stephen and Jennifer again in a heartbeat, and recommend their team to anyone.”

“She handled the entire process professionally and was very patient with helping me purchase my first house. I had a bunch of questions and wanted to see as many homes as possible, she took the time to make sure that I felt confident in the process and understood where we were at all times. I recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. If it was not for her I would have never the found the home I did, I cannot thank her enough.”

Over the course of more than a year she took great pains to understand exactly what we wanted in a home (size, location, walkability, etc.) on the inner eastside and to find homes that fit our profile. “We bought an older home and I think this is where Kami really shines. Her Rolodex of services she works with is impressive. Prior to our purchase, she was able to have multiple estimates back for plumbing, foundation, siding, general contracting, inspection, and electrical in a matter of days... yeah days, not weeks. In this market, I don't know how she's able to get anyone to have a turnaround time that fast, but she seemed to do it with ease. She listens to what her buyers are wanting and has a very good sense of what is realistic for a seller to expect, to help insure her sales go smoothly and quickly. On top of that, she's extremely available and dedicated. In a time when you can find houses online yourself and where it seems like a realtor isn't a necessity anymore, I can tell you firsthand, there is no way I could have imagined all the additional work involved with buying an older house. I wouldn't hesitate for a second in recommending her to anyone I know, especially in that scenario”

“Their process for selling and purchasing a home is very well established. If I had a question at any point along the way, there was always a person I could contact who specialized in that area. In this crazy market of home buying, Katie and Kami were always available to jump on leads that had just come onto the market. Their diligence helped make my home purchase a reality.”

“My experience was amazing with Kami and her team. From the first meeting we had she explains everything in details and as soon as they understood our requirement since we were new to Portland area, Sharlyn Anderson from her team found a list of suggested places and gave us date night suggestion to discover the areas we want to live in. After that we found the place we liked from the first round of showing and started the buying experience. At this stage Kami used all her talent to get us the house with the best price we can have it for. She helps you to put the right offer and the right strategy to come back and counter offer. I highly recommend them to any person either new to the area or not. They are simply amazing!”

“Stephen and his entire team are extremely good at what they do and the results prove it! His knowledge of how best to buy or sell a home in the current market is exceptional. Stephen has done his homework and knows how to find the right buyers or sellers depending on your need. In my case, he knew exactly how to position my property for a quick sale at an excellent price. “We have used Stephen and his team twice now. Once buying a house and once selling a house. Both times have went amazing and smooth. He was easy to get ahold of and returns calls and/or emails very quickly no matter what day it was. His fees are less than most AND he does more than most realtors to sell your house. Advertising, professional photographer, home warranty, the list goes on. I highly recommend Stephen and his team to anyone buying or selling a house.”

“Today, the sale of our home closed and the new buyers are now happily calling it their home. I am thrilled for them and I am thrilled for us. If I could give more than five stars to the Stephen FitzMaurice Team, I would happily do so. Our realtor, Jeremy Wilkerson and his staff, deserve far more than five stars. From the start, Jeremy had a detailed plan of the things we needed to do in preparation for selling our home. We followed his instructions and completed the preparations required. Once done, we simply stepped out of the way for him to do his job. He was professional, patient, and always readily accessible. He was also diligent in pursuing and tracking the progress of the sale and in keeping us informed on its status. Our home would not have sold as quickly (sale sign up on Friday, sold at open house on Sunday) had he not given us wise tips and suggestions on how we could present our home so others could see its beauty and possibilities through our eyes. He invited us to contact him any time during the whole process with any questions or concerns. He meant it, too. He unfailingly responded to our phone calls, texts, emails, making himself available to us as we had questions and concerns. We considered several realtors before choosing Jeremy. From the moment we met him, we just knew. We believed then, and are convinced now, that he was an answer to our prayers. Over the years we have bought/sold homes and, hands down, Jeremy has far surpassed the experiences we've had with most of them.
