“For the 2nd time in a year Leslie helped find us the perfect house. This time it's for a rental. Once again she was able to answer all our questions and ease our worries. Thank You Leslie for making this happen fast!!!”

“Leslie is top in her career. Patient, given to details, advice, and very caring. More than just a broker/agent, a real personal friend, yes she is a solid five star plus, plus in providing service. As far as a recommdation, if there is a need for anything in the Real Estate Industry, one would never go wrong in selecting Leslie Krake as their service professional for either buying or selling. “My experience while shopping for a new home was outstanding. Leslie was highly professional, listened to what we wanted, and worked hard to help us get the place we desired. I don't feel we would have got the same great place for the money spent if we didn't use Leslie. I would highly recommend using her for any home you plan to purchase.”

“Leslie was an advocate for our best interests every step of the home buying and selling experience. She responded to our every question, email and phone call timely. She provided excellent guidance but always make it clear the decisions were ours to make. When we ran into obstacles with prospective buyer, she advocated for us and didn't hesitate to cancel the sell. We trust Leslie and value her expertise!”

“Leslie has been working long distance with me way before we actually met early this year. She has been so reliable and learned what I am looking for and ...........now I have the perfect retirement home. Since this has been a long distance relationship, she was very patient with me as I had lots of questions and needed clarification on many things. She is amazing and I have referred other people to her. I look forward to seeing Leslie when I do move down to my retirement home from the Great State of Alaska!! No higher marks can be given to a realtor…”

“Leslie did a excellent job in helping us find a new home in the Vancouver area. She asked the appropriate questions of us so she knew what we wanted in our new home, as we were particular in which way the home faced directionally as we were looking for a sunny backyard in the afternoon. After looking at like 35+ homes we finally found one we could live in. She has extensive real estate knowledge which was a huge help to us as we weren't familiar with the Clark County area. Not to mention she was helpful in with our mortgage questions too. If you want a realtor that is responsive and timely Leslie is the person to assist you. She'd answer our questions immediately and with professionalism. She got the chance to show her negotiation skills, as we made offers on 2 other home prior to our final buy on 37 St. Again we were not disappointed she stands behind her word and works for her customers but yet keeping the seller in mind too. We appreciated how she communicated with the inspectors, other realtors, and mortgage/title company. She was careful to make sure all her transactions were accurate and made sure we were on the same page, to prevent any possible frustration down the road. We'd highly recommend Leslie to assist you with your real estate needs. She'll always greet you in a professional manner and smile! Thank you Leslie for your patience with us!”

“I rate Leslie a 5 star realtor! She is not just a realtor that lets you view a house but she let us know what's the status of the house, and even educate us on things that we haven't learned from our previous realtors. Since my husband and I work full time, the only days that we are available to view houses are Saturdays and Sundays, so Leslie pre view houses for us so that if the house don't fall into our specifications, she won't show it to us and so we don't waste time. She is very accommodating, efficient and most of all care for her clients' interest. I won't have a second thought recommending her to my friends and relatives that wants to buy house and need a realtor!”

“Leslie Krake is a 5 Star Realtor. She helped me find and through the process of getting a home, which I love. She showed so much patience, though I changed my mind and had to change my mind a couple of times. She put more offers for me than I can remember. She is very knowledgeable of her business, she is familiar with the different neighborhoods in Vancouver. I cannot say enough good things about her. I hope she sells the most, bringing her success in her career. I trust her as a friend. That says a lot, in a business where there is so much doubt after the collapse of the market, not too long ago.”
