“Tyrone and Andrea where wonderful helping me sale my parents home. They helped reduce my stress of my loss with their kindness and understanding. They were carrying and very professional. They were knowledgeable presenting me with comps for other homes in the area to help decide what we should list the home for. It hit the multiple listings on a Friday , it was shown 3 times on Saturday and I received a wonderful offer Saturday night . We had an open house on Sunday and the house was sold,, accepting the offer for $5000 more than it was listed for . WOW. Is that PERFORMANCE or what ?? The transaction was the easiest thing I have ever experienced. Every question I had was met with confidence and assuredness. Their response time of my questions was amazing . Team Parmelee was so informative of every time line that needed to be met was guided with wonderful instructions each step of the way . They are so organized . I would recommend this team to anyone considering listing their home for sale ! Thank you Andrea and Tyrone. You both had a way of reducing my stress and sadness during the sell my parents home . You are AMAZING!”

“Kami was the most knowledgeable , friendly and forthcoming professional. She spend a great deal of time and provided a very in-depth report for the seller to correct /replace/repair on our new home. We got 95% of all we asked for in the repairs and a check to replace the work that wasn't able to be completed in time. We love our home Ben, the showing agent was great also in showing us homes that was in our budget and area.”

“Tyrone and Andrea Parmelee were easy to work with helped ease our anxiety’s about the buying and selling process. As two project managers, we like to get into the details and know what to expect every step of the way. Andrea and Tyrone picked up on this right away and made sure to communicate proactively about next steps and milestones. They gave us great advice on how to price and prepare our home for sale, and when it sold in just a few days, Andrea showed up on Mother’s Day to show us houses. The entire process was painless!”

“Stephen and Jennifer and the other people on their team did an outstanding job helping us prepare to very successfully and quickly sell our home. We initially met with Stephen who earned our respect with his thorough knowledge of the industry and its current trends. He helped us identify what needed to be repaired and advised us on how to visually prepare our home to sell. The photographer and his team did an amazing job! The house looked outstanding. Once the offers started coming in, Jennifer was kind and patient and walked us through all the paperwork, offering advice as needed. I would highly recommend this agent and have already done so!”

“Stephen and his team did a fantastic job with the sale and purchase of our home. We interviewed 3 different realtors and chose Stephen because of his clear and professional presentation. He gave us practical things to do to get our home sold and was transparent about all the fees. There were no surprises. We also used his buying specialist, Kami Price, and Michael her associate went above and beyond when it came to showing us homes. We were extremely happy we chose Stephen and his team of selling and buying specialists.”

“I received a call from The Team after I looked at homes listed on their site and I knew from that conversation that they were the realtors that I wanted to help us in the process of buying our first home! They were more than willing to answer any silly questions we had as first time home buyers. We put offers on seven different homes over our five months of looking. Although it was stressful and disappointing being rejected, it couldn't have been a simpler process with them! They are wonderful at negotiating, spotting issues we don't see, giving advice, writing up offers or repair addenda, and really everything else! They always did their research when showing us a home and went back to the sellers multiple times for more info we requested. We could not have done this process without them! The companies they referred us to for mortgage loans and inspections were of the same quality, reliability, and kindness. We are so happy with the home they helped us purchase and the time we got to spend looking with them!”

“We had a wonderful experience working with Kim Woodhouse and Jennifer Tangvald. Kim led us confidently through getting us on the market. She was extremely responsive, provided comps, and extremely patient and knowledgeable in the pricing process. She was instrumental in getting our house ready to list, working with us to get it into top shape. By the time we were done I didn't want to move! Once we were listed and the offers came flying in within days, Jeniffer led us through accepting, negotiating rent back, and just generally making sure that closed feeling on top of the world. What a team, I'd work with these women again in a heartbeat!”

“My wife and I did our own Zillow and Redfin research for a while and had a hopeful listing price in mind. Stephen did his own research and suggested we list it for $20K more than we we were hoping we could get for it, and then four days after it listed, we had three offers. They had a solid listing, good photography, and one open house. One of the offers was for $20K more than the listing (so $40K more than we had hoped for!). I'm obviously not going to complain much after that kind of exchange. And from accepting the offer to having the cash in hand took less than three weeks (and this was not a cash sale). It was kind of insane, actually. From start to finish, felt like they all knew what they were doing. Hit a few hiccups with buyer's inspectors and repair requests, but they guided us through all of that effortlessly (at least for me). Highly recommend this team. Will go straight to Stephen and his crew the next time we need to sell property.”

“Worked smoothly and efficiently. Responded quickly when I had questions. All in all a smooth sale. And I had never sold a home before. I lived out of town and they helped manage a furnace replacement so I did not have to drive hours to be there when the furnace guy showed up. Very helpful.”

“We started working with Team Parmelee several years ago when we thought we would be ready to list our home. It took us long than expected but they were helpful all along the way long before we had a listing contract. They gave us suggestions of improvements to consider before listing and all their professional advice paid off. We listed the Thursday before Thanksgiving, had our open house the following Sunday and had an offer 5 days later the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The open house was well attended and we found great value in having a two person team to facilitate our open house and it provided additional support throughout the selling process. We received a great offer and the entire process was smooth with them always available for questions as we navigated the inspection processes and the final closing process. I highly Tyrone and Andrea they are knowledgeable and easy to work with. They made selling our house a stress free process”
