“Ich wollte meine Chanel Tasche auf Rebelle verkaufen und habe versehentlich nicht das Kleingedruckte gelesen. Sie war ewig online, da sie nicht verkauft wurde. ich hatte dummerweise nie wieder reingekuckt.
Zwei Jahre später wurde die Tasche nun verkauft. Der Käufer hat das Geld nie überwiesen, ich wurde über den Verkauf nicht informiert.
Der Verkauf kam nicht zu Stande, dennoch will Rebelle 500 Euro von mir, das ganze ging an ein Inkasso ohne, dass ich etwas wusste. ( ich war in Deutschland nicht mehr wohnhaft ) und ich bekam einen Schufa Eintrag.
Ich würde NIE WIEDER über Rebelle etwas verkaufen, die reinste Abzoke. Die wollen bereits 50 % deines Verkaufs...
und selbst bei nicht verkauf, musst du bezahlen.
Ich habe nun Anzeige erstattet. Man muss doch, das Recht haben, von dem Verkauf zurücktreten zu können.”

Ich habe bei Rebelle ein paar Mal was verkauft, ist schon aber mehrere Jahre her. Bis zum letzten Verkauf ( vor 3,5 Wochen ) bin ich eigentlich zufrieden gewesen, obwohl über Vestiaire Collective der Verkauf reibungsloser, effektiver, transparente abläuft und die Verkaufsprovision deutlich niedriger ist als bei Rebelle!
Aaaaaber, der letzte Verkauf über Rebelle hat das Fass zum Überlaufen gebracht und ich werde meine Sachen ganz bestimmt nicht mehr dort verkaufen.
Habe Stiefel von Chanel in NEUWERTIGEM Zustand verkauft und nachdem ich den Verkaufserlös über Email gesehen habe, habe ich festgestellt, das es nicht der Betrag ist, den ich eingestellt hatte, sondern 20% weniger!
Habe darauf hin Rebelle kontaktiert und da wurde mir mitgeteilt, das es eine 20% Aktion bei meinem Verkauf gab und das es von meinem Verkaufpreis abgezogen wurde minus die übliche Provision.
Ich wurde darüber vorher nicht informiert und wusste es bis dahin leider nicht. Ich wollte von dem Verkauf zurücktreten und da wurde mir mitgeteilt, ob ich mir sicher sei, weil die Provision von über 270€ trotzdem von mir übernommen werden muss!
Ich habe zum Schluss die Schuhe an Rebelle gesendet, und warte seit mehr als 2 Wochen nach dem die Schuhe an die Käuferin versendet wurden immer noch auf mein Geld. Dies spricht auch wieder für Vestiaire Collective (da ist das Geld nach der Kontrolle) innerhalb von 2 Werktagen auf dem Konto!
Ich kann jedem nur von diesem Laden abraten.”

I sold a Chanel bag via their platform. The discount was applied without my consequence.
Ok, fine. I sent the bag with the shipping label they provided.
Now they are accusing me of paying 800€ of Commision fee and accusing me of not sending the item.
Everyday they attacked me by insulting emails, harrassed me by their insulting conclusions.
I’m a victim of this website by losing my bag, facing the ridiculous invoice they’re asking and suffering their attacks/ insulting emails.

I sold on Rebelle for years, this went without any problems for a long time (although the fees are a lot higher than other platforms, but of course you agree to this yourself). However, the terms and conditions have recently changed, which means that huge costs are charged when a seller cannot deliver an item. It also happens regularly that the buyer cancels the purchase, there are no consequences. It has already happened that at the shipping point it turned out that the buyer had canceled again. Customer service is HORRIBLE, didn't answer my questions and also started using a very sarcastic tone. Finally, I have had to wait MONTHS for a payout. Really the very last time for me!!”
“Please avoid this rebelle platform! They are Scammers!
As a Seller I received an offer on their platform from potential buyer, I was not agree with low price offered so I had a choice to make a counteroffer. In a while i receive email confirming my item was sold but to the much lowest price than my counteroffer! Apparently Rebelle offers discounts to buyers but at the same time charging this discount on seller so reducing a lot the net earning after commission. Their system is very misleading, because then there is no sense to send counteroffer to the potential buyer! Please note that rebelle commissions applied on items sold is much higher than in other selling platforms! I asked them to cancel the selling but they said they will charge still commission that i must pay which is about 126 euro.
This is my experience and it is shameful what rebelle does. Never again I am going to use their platform.”

“The worst of the worst, they run promotions and charge the sellers, the sellers do not know, the amount shown that they get is not true, because the buyer can claim the promotion and it is taken off, additionally if you buy, I had 2 items that were the wrong size (claimed as French size but was Italian, which is a totally different size) and one item that didn't really look like the item advertised, on all 3 items I left the Rebelle label that it was checked and found as authentic and as described, all items went into garment bags as I could not return (despite them being wrongly described, the Hamburg scammers really make you pay for stuff while they are totally clueless, they are wannabe models from the ads, woefully inadequate and will lie to you if they ever pick up the phone), my only option was to resell apparently without fees, so 2 of the items (in garment bags and with the Rebelle labels on that they are authentic and as described) they found as not authentic, odd, since they sold them to me as authentic.... I am not sure if they are just stupid, clueless or total and utter scammers....
Btw I see that they are threatening people who do not send with law suits, let them bring it on, under German and EU law they have to show that they made a loss and specify that loss to claim it, they are well, a rather shady outfit, would have been alright with the red light district, as much morals and honesty....
Seriously, stay away from the scam project, the only thing Rebfuckyouover are good for is taking your money and lying to you, making you pay for their promotions and having a bunch of failed models pretending to be experts, don't sell with them, you get screwed over, don't buy you get screwed over.... Hamburg's most sleazy business, makes the harbour look like Grünwald.
Also be aware that they pay some shady review sites (like Trustpilot) to remove bad reviews, how much sleazy can you get?
If you want to socket it to them, make a fake account, sell something cheap but make sure you use not your address and do it via an open WiFi and with a generic email address you never access from home, let them try to sue Frau Niem And, obviously it would be very wrong to use an address for somebody you dislike, I could not possibly encourage that”
“I've been a customer for several years. Despite the fact that they charge an OUTRAGEOUS commission for your item, I sold some 10-12 items, which made them profit significantly. I then went inactive for about a year, and suddenly an item that was enlisted over a year ago was sold. I no longer had the item, so Rebelle suddenly claimed that due to agreed terms and conditions where they hid in small font that every unsent item will have a cost of 40 euros, I owed them money. After refusing to pay them, they began increasing the amount by 5 euros as a reminder of payment. It felt like true racketeering. Absolutely disgusting service, no humanity at all. As a former client I would not recommend them EVER. I also don't recommend them as a buyer, because most items you're buying are NOT worth the money, the sellers sell at a crazy increased price in order to compensate for the crazy commissions that Rebelle asks. I recommend selling on vinted. It's trustworthy and the items price will be true to its value.”
“I ordered 170€ Leather backpack but I can't get it because custom policy outside the Europe(Turkey). Also Rebelle didn't accept rescind of order process and did not accept refund. So I can't get the order also I paid 170 for backpack also 50€ for UPS. In their cancellation policy they said that in 14 day I can cancel the sales but it is not true. DO NOT ORDER OUTSIDE THE EUROPE ALSO IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCES REBELLE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUND.”
