I understand you run out of stock, what I don;t understand is why you donl;t notify the Customer proactively, which buiolds trust, instead of making the Customer wonder whether it was a mistake, and then contact you themselves seeking answers, which does the opposite.”
“Was advised that my product will be 2 more weeks before it ships to me. However, the website shows the product as "in stock"? If the product is not readily available it should not show as in stock, seems like a poor business practice. If there is several weeks needed to process the order, it should be disclosed on the website.”
“It took 3 weeks to fill order and ship. There was no express shipping like stated when ordering. Not doing what you promise when you sell is a poor business model when you have lots of competition. I appreciate the sending of another peptide but it still doesn’t replace honest buisness”
