We know shipping times are important to our customers.
There was an extreme circumstance that caused this package delay. We normally Priority Mail with a typical 1-3 day delivery time. 99% of packages are delivered within 3 today's to the customers region.
There was a Holiday (Veterans Day) as well as a 3 day delay due to the UPS plane crash that disrupted air operations. This caused some priority mail delay.
We hope our customer can understand the extreme logistical issues that were out of our control.
We offered the customer a discount on her next order if she wishes to purchase from us again. This issue was out of our control, but always we do whatever we can do to make things right!
Customer is correct, a very disappointing mistake on our part to send the wrong product.
I would react the same way if I was this customer as well.
