“Bought a device in 2019 and really enjoyed it...but the battery stopped working 5 years later and I sent it in for repairs. My device was collected 49 days ago, invoice paid 30 days ago and my device still has not been returned to me.
Customer service claimed it was "returned undelivered" and they will reship but both their own tracking page and the courier tracking page stated the item wasn't even dispatched. All my emails have been ignored by customer service since.
There was zero proactivity with communications from Recovapro except to ask for money, all other correspondence (ie: confirmation that they have received my device) were initiated by me.
Decent product but Recovapro's customer service is abysmal, untrustworthy and have zero integrity.”

AT THIS POINT, TO CLARIFY… NO ATTEMPTED DELIVERY CARD WAS LEFT, THE TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT THE COMPANY MENDACIOUSLY CLAIMED THAT DPD DRIVER TEXTED AND I PERSONALLY REPLIED - DOES NOT EXIST AND MOST CERTAINLY IT ISN'T MINE. WHEN I PROVIDED PROOF THAT THEY LIED ABOUT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER THEY CHANGED THEIR TUNE AND BLAMED A THIRD PARTY COMPANY …”
“This product is no where near as good as the price tag would suggest, mine broke about 6 months after purchase. VERY POOR!
When contacting them about the fault they made it apparent that the cost of shipping for a return would be put on to the customer. These things way a ton its not a cheap delivery. VERY POOR!
The very fact that this is ultimately ignoring and going against the Consumer Rights within the UK, I would HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST MAKING A PURCHASE WITH RECOVAPRO!
No doubt i will get some sort of reply regarding my review just like many of the other low scoring reviews and if so take that as indication as to the type of company this is.
