“Absolute idiots, no respect for your property. Don’t do a great job and rip you off because I take your money when they haven’t even cleaned your windows. They never pick up the phone. They never replied to text messages and unless you’re trying to set up an appointment for them to clean the windows and they never respond to emails either. Since Norbert took over it, it’s got worse.”
