“I was online searching for Canadian products and came a post with a comment about REDAVID. I inquired about leave in conditioners. I was surprised and impressed the son of the founder of this company actually replied to my comment. The fact that he replied highly impressed me. I am basically a “no one” and he took the time to answer my questions. I knew when the time came to purchase more conditioner that I would try his product. I’m old school. So when I receive fabulous customer service from a company. I become a loyal customer to that company. There is something to be said about a “Personal business touch” in not no so personal business world. Plus I also loved the fact that this company is super local!”
