Good afternoon Ashley! We're sorry to hear that this happened to you and we're puzzled as any returned products are destroyed and discarded. This was from your last order in October 2023? Over a year ago?

“I'm pleased with your products but am upset that you've switched to charging in US dollars. I've had to pay an additional 25% on every purchase due to the exchange rate.”
