“I'm truly disappointed. My very expensive order came today and it had leaked. I still have to clean up the mess but it will have to wait as I am too tired to spend time on it now. Hopefully, the company will make it right and I will be able to give them a good review.”

Good afternoon LaDonna! We're so sorry to hear about your experience with us. Unfortunately, sometimes even if we pack it well the box can get knocked around in transit. Did you call and speak with anyone in the office to let us know? If you can let us know which product leaked, we'll happily send you a replacement at no cost to make it right.
