Learned that most small businesses are not great with their customer service. But Red Fortune is top tier with communication and making sure the customer is satisfied in the end. I ordered 3 cases and some bags. I got a email about what’s going on with my shipment cause it was a delay a day, Red fortuned apologized and keep me updated on the shipment, plus gave me store credit for my next item.
