My order came incomplete, missing an item worth 40 dollars. After a couple weeks of waiting, the company informed me that everything was sent correctly. I am very disappointed, no item, no understanding. I will not buy anything else from them

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and I only got one. I rang and emailed Reebok but they said they won't send the second pair or even refund me.

Purchased a pair of Astro glide GT walking shoes in Dec 23. In less than 11 months the uppers have spilt where the toe creases when walking. Contacted Reebok customer services and got a prompt reply asking me to send in pictures, I did and got a generic copy and paste email saying they wouldn't do anything as it was "wear and tear" These has been used sparing, well maintened and are in excellent condition apart from this damage. Product material is not fit for purpose and quality control tests clearly haven't been done. Totally unacceptable for a premium brand product to last less than the stuff I buy from Primark. Coming here and seeing the customer satisfaction scores makes sence now. DON'T BUY expecting good quality and longevity from this brand. AVOID and buy from another company not these cowboys.

ALMOST ONE MONTH AND STILL NO REFUND ON RETURNED ITEM I returned an item and it was received by Reabok on October 26. I have been trying to get a refund and it is now November 20 almost one month from when they received the item. Today I received an email that they issued me a gift card and for an incorrect amount. I paid with a debit card and want my refund back to the debit card. Every time I call I am told they are going to escalate the issue and I have to wait five business days for an answer. I will NEVER Purchase an item online from Reabok and I do not recommend that anyone else does either. Reabok does not seem to want to refund your money when in good faith, I returned the item.

Reebok 's inability to provide a basic level of customer service and stock management is amazing. I don't often rip into companies. But, I always wanted a pair of pumps as a kid/teenage. Our family could never afford such an item. I noticed these on sale and with my birthday coming up, and them being from the period I would of wanted them, I thought yeah I can afford them myself, why not treat myself. A few days go by and today I get a package, a jumper which was part of the order, a little weird, but hey sometimes they send things in separated deliveries. I check my email a little later and find this; "We have just come across an issue whereby we have completely sold out of the Shaq Attaq Shoes Black/Bold Purple/Collegiate G, M 11 / W 12.5. We are terribly sorry for the lack of communication surrounding your order and can completely understand your disappointment. It appears an issue occurred when we tried to pick and pack your order at our warehouse! Our team is currently investigating to ensure this does not occur in the future." Although, their website says they are still in stock (not with the additional discount, but in my size). Not sure how that will stop the issue happening again. Very poor effort.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my life. I placed an order for club c 85 vintages shoes the delivery took 2 weeks, when they arrived they had sent me the wrong shoes. When I called customer service and informed them they refused to send me the correct shoes and refused to issue me a refund unless I returned them incorrect shoes. I have no problem returning them, except that the nearest drop off point is an hour from my house. When I explained that to them they told me nothing could be done and I had to return them in order to get a refund. So basically they refused to correct THEIR mistake and send me the correct order, and now they except me to travel for more than 2 hours in order to get my money back for once again their mistake. The cherry on top is that the shoes are now sold out entirely on their website and I can't even reorder them if I get my refund. The customer service is horrendous, I was put on hold countless times. They clearly don't care about their customers. They are putting me through a massive inconvenience for a mistake they made. I never write reviews but this is the most frustrating experience of my life and I could not advise you more - never order from reebok.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, Reebok will do anything to prevent you from obtaining a refund for unsatisfactory goods purchased. The whole process is a nightmare and you get no reply via email. If you call them and put up with the substantial wait times they will make excuses and not resolve the issues around their incompetence. You have been warned and hopefully will not make the same mistake of ordering from them

Constant issues with online 'phantom' stock. Items shown online as available are actually not available. Orders may sit unfulfilled for weeks or you will require contacting support for them to follow up on it which just results in a refund. Refunds on returns usually take ages to process as well

I ordered two pairs of trainers and only received one. After multiple emails Reebok refused to offer a refund or send the second pair of trainers. Terrible service.

Great outlet section, lots of cheap gym products. Speedy delivery too, and a hassle free returns policy when I got a poorly fitting shoe. No wonder I keep coming back!

Bought sneakers for my daughter in the sale. At £3.99, the delivery charge was reasonable (I like free better!) and they arrived very swiftly from Germany. U*C could learn a thing or two from Reebok's service!

Absolutely diabolical service. Items took ten days to arrive. I had to send them back unfortunately and over a week later I'm still waiting for my refund! Terrible
