“Finally almost getting value for money from rip off tfl tube fares. Getting things as frequently as tfl can't deliver it's service which makes the tube much better to use all thanks to reclaim. Thank you Reclaim.”

“One word ‘amazing’. I find myself less annoyed now when delays occur. I recall the last delay, ordinarily I’d be slightly frustrated but I said to myself ‘you’re not going to get away with this Tfl reeclaim have your number’ and a few days later I had my revenge with I nice refund with no effort whatsoever on my part, So thank you Tfl for the inconvenience and free journey, I got to finish my book. I look forward to your next delay.”

“So far worked perfectly, I get an email 1-2 days after a delayed journey telling me 'my' application was successful. After a few I go into TfL site and get the money back into my bank account. I wondered how they made their money but they have addressed this here: https://www.reeclaim.co.uk/free. A great service and I hope TfL don't get it shut down any time soon.”

“I was told about Reeclaim by one of my relatives and it has been just 2 days and I have got a refund for a trip that I didn't know I was delayed in. This is the best thing! Finally tfl wouldn't be taking advantage of the high price we pay even though they are delayed journeys.”

“I absolutely love Reeclaim, before signing in , i didn’t even know that it was possible to have the refunds for the tube delays. It asks for refund automatically when there is a delay, and than email notification arrives if successful. Simple , efficient and absolutely recommend it.”
