“Joined Reeclaim After Seeing A Tweet About Them. The Following Day I Had An E-mail From Them & TFL Informing Me That They Had Successfully Claimed For A Delayed Journey Back In February And I Received A £7 Refund Which Was The Whole Of My Fare From Whitechapel To Chesham. Would Recommend Joining To Anyone Who Has An Oyster Card Or Uses Contactless Payments.”

“Have already had over £20 deposited back into my TfL account so far this year due to tube delays - for absolutely no effort on my part. It's horrible spending so much money on travel when you often don't get the service you expect, but getting money back definitely makes it less painful. I buy monthly travelcards but whenever there's a delay I get the PAYG fare refunded which is then deducted off future travelcards.”
