“Its a great way of being compensated for being delayed. There are time that I am unaware that I have been delayed to any great extent and then I see a notification alerting me to the fact. Also, if you did want to raise a request for compensation, this takes away all the hassle and time of doing so. Great service!”

“It's brilliant knowing that whenever I endure a delay, a claim will be made automatically for me. In the past I have had to call tfl customer services when a claim didn't go through for "technical reasons" and am sure I was fobbed off. Also I've no idea these days on what is a claimable delay and to be honest just stopped bothering about claiming, actually gave up as it was such a hassle. Reeclaim have happily taken all that frustration and loss away from me and I now look forward to delays and a sweet email telling me I've been refunded.”

“They do exactly what they say. You sign up and they take it from there. It's about time TfL were held accountable for continual delays and high fares, if only everyone would claim their refunds TfL might actually do something about the misery they cause thousands of commuters every day.”

“Took me about as long to sign up as it takes to write this review - a minute or two max (and that includes reading the T&Cs ... yeah some of us actually do). Within 24 hours 4 refunds arrived from TfL- about £15. And I'm pretty sure there'll be a few more over the next week or two. Yes, I could make the claim myself... but reeclaim is just so much easier.”

“Fantastic!! It has made getting refunds back so easy. Set up literally takes 2 mins and after that I know longer have to try and remember details for refund claims or do the refund application myself it does it all for me. Even for journeys I had no idea were delayed. Everyone who is in London and uses the tube should be using this! I've had so much back in the last quarter just from signing up. It's brilliant.”

“This takes 2 minutes to set up but just sits and runs in the background until the time TFL have delayed my journey. Usually within a couple of 2 days of a delay I have received an email advising funds will be credited to my account. Other than the quick set up I literally have to do nothing - I love it!”
