Ordered a first aid course for two of my staff a month ago. Still no course details sent despite me chasing Reed and the supplier. Reed now say that the refund is at the option of the supplier who have not satisfied their end of the arrangement.

Total waste of space. Contacted me about an opportunity. Got me to rewrite my cv as an urgent matter then never answered any emails or phone calls again. Avoid like the plague.

Was chucked off the course, Reed said I wasn’t on this course, I sent them proof of payment since I’d already started the course. They then sent me logon details global Ed link which sent me a password as I couldn’t logon the PW was sex my perv is disgusting. Also wasn’t informed on booking that the certificate is almost £200 I’ve unsubscribed even tho I’ll lose my £ for the course as definitely do not trust this company

Awful agency, looking for some basic admin work, Reed kept passing my cv over to hospitality section as I have experience in that. Keep away from them is all I can say.

Very rude customer service...I never got to view no course materials and I asked for a refund. They said because I logged in and emailed my tutor I can't have my £200 Back. Bear in mind I am on universal credit and £200 is a big amount.

I had one of the worst experiences ever with a seller online with Reed and would never ever recommend them for any student looking to educate themselves further online. I paid for a series of courses through Reed by way of Skill Up and the quality was terrible. The courses came as a bundle and the course description said the classes were all videos and yet the first entire class was a powerpoint presentation. So that was an outright lie. I was hoping it would get better so I started the second class. Now, this one was a video class but the instructor was very hard to understand because of the low quality of the recording and you can hardly hear him. I took classes in clinical coding which I do have experience in, and I was simply looking for a refresher course. The method the "teacher" showed in the videos was incorrect and wouldn't teach any student to pass the clinical coding exam at all. I went to find the teacher's website after because I was so shocked that the course description said he was a professional. His biography said he was a life coach. And he had no experience listed as being educated in clinical coding or having any work experience as a clinical coder. Two days after I took the second course, I put in a refund request. I didn't hear anything. Weeks after, I sent another follow-up email. Reed said I waited too long and it was now out of the 14 day window for refunds on courses. Which is a lie, and I do have proof I put in a refund request. They just didn't act within those 14 days. After that, I put in a paypal dispute. The conversation went on for about a month, with Reed saying it's up to SkillUp and they will be in touch. They never contacted me. Now, the dispute has lasped. I'm out of £40 and I'm really angry and disgusted with how I was treated. I'm an avid learner and have taken multiple courses from different organisations and would have looked at taking other ones from Reed if they had treated me right and just chalked this up to an isolated experience. I even asked for a partial refund to include the classes I didn't even touch or look at and I would pay what I did actually look at, but even that wasn't good enough for them.

Disgusting company wouldn't advise working for them make you wait months to start a job and then take into account what someone else has said but not you, end up losing work they then don't provide you with anymore been treated really bad by Reed never again.

I signed up to Reed to help my job search. Not more than three hours later I had a phone call from Sky Broadband trying to sell me services, telling me that they had gotten my information passed on from Reed.com! Instantly went to delete my profile, this company cannot be trusted to protect your data.

I purchased a course on line just before Christmas. I di not receive my log-in details so I contacted Reed on January 13th and was told I would have them within 48 hours. They did not come. I requested them again... nothing so I phoned the course provider on the morning of January 18th and they who promised to send them by 3pm. Still nothing. Reed only respond (if they respond at all) with automated emails and the course provider has not contacted me at all and soI have no confidence in Reed or that the course will be well managed. They may be good at other aspects of recruitment but I would certainly avoid them for training courses.

We are a small agency who have used Reed for many years and found them professional and quality of CV good compared to others. However in dealing with them this week they have really let themselves down. We have some position we need to market, positions we are grateful to have in these times and yet our Passwords are down and we are unable to post jobs. Very happy to discuss this matter with anyone other than our usual contact.

I recently spoke to two guys on the 02034573827 number. I was interested in the AAT 1 Course. They soon began trying to pressure sell there £600 Level 2 on me! Their add starts at £160 then goes up & up to £250. They also failed to tell me honestly about a extra £80 for a exam (only 1 attempt) Then it gets worse i call AAT themselves & find out it is not online! All exams have been suspended! I am disgusted they are working from home still trying to sell Online courses you can't complete COVID 19 & this course is free at my local college once it opens again!

Don't Go To REED! I had a very traumatic experience. Reed placed me in a vulnerable position and failed to communicate the specifications of a job I accepted. I only accepted on the basis that I would gain detailed information. I was placed in a specialist provision unit which deals with severe cases. I was abused, punched and kicked by pupils, a role I wasn't trained for. Reed apologized as they admitted their lack in sufficient information or protection over me as an employee. They did not protect me or care about my safety. DO NOT TRUST

I had the worst ever experience with Reed. Different consultants telling me different things. Telling me all things are set for me to start my new job on Monday after constant phone calls someone finally tells me I’m not starting on Monday. I had handed my notice in for my current job at the time because I was initially told everything is set for Monday to then be told I’m not starting. Then I receive a phone call on Monday morning asking if I can start the following morning after a few no shows. I agree to start and was told by the consultant that I will receive confirmation via email which I didn’t. After calling the Leeds office a number of times finally at about 5pm Someone answers to tell me I won’t be starting the next day. This was very unfair on me and I was left jobless due to there lack of communication amongst one another.

I purchased a course of their site withthe OHSC the oxford home leraning college, I purchased a diploma in in business management and administration level 4 at the time this was their highest business course. They have since restructured the web siteand brought in. another business management course, and for some reason renamed mine a diploma in business adminnistration. This is on my certificate recieved today they will now not answer my questions. Abit of advice beware of the OHSC and these courses that are sold on Reed as I dont think they are genuine. Tony Mason

I'm open minded about this company and Indeed as well as Monster. I mean, come on! who calls they're job site 'Monster ??? I've applied for several jobs in security on all these sites and never hear anything back. I got 35 yrs security experience and hold a licence as well as many certificates in my career as well as a resume and explanatory cv. I've not heard off no one. Total waste of my time and effort for nothing. If you really want to find a good job, then I strongly recommend you to write to the companies your interested in asking if they have any positions available or at least to keep uour resume, cv on file in case a position arises in the foreseeable future. Failing that, then visit your local job centre or go on they're own personal website. Forget these so called job sites I have mentioned above including Reed. Total waste of time.

I receive email with Job up dates, once you reply it says if you need more info call so & so the name on the job description. Every time you call to speak to that person, they always seem to be on the phone, they never return your calls. I have sent numerous applications in but nothing, a little bit of a personal touch is required, i appreciate they have lots to do but I bet there 8 hr day is not full and they have time for other thing's. Not going to bother any more as it waist's my time.
