“Ordered S2418H and delivery was very next day. The monitor may have been refurbished, but looked new. It even had the the protective film on the sides and back. It arrived packed and the original box. On stetting it up I found it to be perfect. I have checked it for dead/bad pixels and found none. The quality of product and service have impressed me.”

“Monitor arrived - had some issues, suspect was bashed around a bit by courier in transit. NRG IT got it sorted asap and get a new monitor out to us straight away. Great service! Will use again.”
