“I'd been waiting a few days for a specific refurbished monitor to come back into stock and a colleague had suggested I just ask via the intercom chat function. An NRG support agent let me know straight away when one was available and held on until I was ready to purchase, the monitor arrived the next day and is in excellent condition. Thanks so much, brilliant service!”

“I made my order of 3 monitors and was delivered promptly which was very good. Also had an issue with a cable which had been provided and what put this service over the rest was that a replacement was delivered the very next day which is why I have given the 5 stars. Alex was a great help and was able to sort out my issue very quickly”

“Initially I was extremely satisfied with an amazing monitor for a cheap price, however after a couple of hours of usage I had realized the monitor was faulty. I was quite upset and worried since I did not think I had any warranty, nevertheless I emailed the company and they quickly responded with a monitor replacement or a refund. I had chosen the replacement and within a weeks time they delivered a brand new monitor, completely tested by their engineers and covered all the costs for the previous monitor's shipping. Even though things did not start too positively, it ended up with an amazing deal on a great monitor and extremely pleasant customer service. The team had emailed me all the details and were happy to send a refund if I wanted it. I completely recommend this company, 100% guaranteed to meet your exceptions and deliver the highest quality customer service.”

“Bought two monitors through NRG:IT. One of them was faulty but a new one was dispatched immediately and the defected one was collected. Couldn't recommend the company enough if you're looking for cheaper than market value Dell monitors! Customer service is flawless.”

“It might be because i live about 25minutes away from the place and didnt realise, but i got my package bang on, i even needed to change the delivery time and adress and it was no problem. They packaged the item very well and it was prestine for a refurbished product, i have literally no complaints! And there is a warranty with my 240hz monitor, the fact that the item came so well packaged and good condition, i can take a good guess that any repairs that might need doing will be good.”
